Happy with White un happy with service

I ordered 2 Good Tshirts in XL. While the white Shirt was good size fit, red color was of perhaps L size wrongly marked as XL. On writing to customer service, they gave a poor treatment to my complaint and showed no empathy. Kept saying , designers have made it like this.

The response read " we take your point. So what can we do for you now, Sir?" Who writes like this.
