Shipping (To India)
Products to India are usually shipped within 3 days of the order date & would reach the customer between 5 to 8 days from the order date. Some remote areas in India might take longer to reach.
If a prepaid order is placed for a non-serviceable remote area then we will try alternate shipping methods & would refund the order if shipping fails after 2 attempts.
If COD orders are placed for non-serviceable areas through our courier partners, we will send the order through the postal service & will ask the customer to convert or reorder his product through the prepaid method.
Returns & Exchange Policy (for India)
Our policy for the above lasts 10 days.If 10 days have gone by since your order invoice date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for any return (for refund or for exchange), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additionally, If attempt to initiate a return or exchange more than once,we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Shipping Policy (outside India)
We ship worldwide.
Products are dispatched within 2 business days of the order receipt & can reach the customer in 7 to 21 working days depending on location.
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only products with manufacturing defects or incorrectly shipped orders will be eligible for a full refund or a free exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product returns for any other reason will be subject to return shipping & onward shipping charges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Customs Duties & Shipping
Delivery of orders takes between 7 to 15 working days for USA orders & up to 21 working days for orders outside United States. There is an expedited shipping option for all customers who require the order more quickly.
Outside the United States, some countries' customs departments may put an additional import duty on the shipment. Any import duty applied, would have to be paid by the customer to the courier company or the customs department of the particular county.
If in exceptional circumstances, a 2nd time exchange, return pick up is entertained, following policy will be applicable.
2nd time exchange for the same order or a refund after exchange - If an exchange is required second time or a refund is accommodated after sending a replacement size or product, Rs 250 charge would be payable to the company through bank transfer or credit card only.
